I create and design installations using sound, technology, and various substrates. My aim is to artfully harness materials and shape them into contemplative experiences that elevate our perceptions of energy. I enjoy investigating the tactile, conceptual, and
poetic manifestations of energy that propagate around and through us daily. For me, sound approaches an immateriality that reveals strong connections, deepening how I interpret and understand across contexts. I think of my work is a mirror that reflects the fundamental mechanics of the universe. And if I can offer or receive a glint of self while exploring these dimensions, all the better.

Before discovering my purpose through the arts, my sights were set on becoming a physicist–a connection that guides my understanding and inevitably shows itself
throughout my practice. No matter how we engage energy, we all experience its spectrum of forms in their abundance, scarcity, flow, stagnation, and beyond. And for me, these dynamics underpin how we handle consciousness, memory, and the other less-concrete aspects of existence that manage to evade our so-called knowing.

Energy is the beginning and end, and sound is one of the imminent byproducts of energy’s journey.
